Coutts Mobile & Tablet

Created messaging to highlight the benefits of registering for Coutts' mobile.

A large percentage of Coutts' customer base is of a certain age whereby many may still not be using digital banking to support their needs.

This introductory messaging appeared both within the Coutts App and on their mobile, tablet and desktop channels. It is also used by Relationship Managers to introduce customers to the features and benefits, when in person.
